Inspired by great Indian palaces, artist Ken Johnson created in the outback Byron Bay a luxurious home that, literally sense, is a work of art. Ken is one of Australia’s most successful artists specializing in sculptures and paintings. He and his wife Gale bought 20 hectares of land in 2000, and began to independently build their Taj Mahal, in surrounded by 1000 year old sandalwood. As a result they got a unique and so rich in detail house that impossible to understand at a glance.
Ken traveled extensively in India and was always inspired. architecture, and Gail lived there part of her life, so move part of Indian culture with them to Australia was their joint a dream. Ken is currently building a medical center for locals in the foothills of the Himalayas.
