This beautiful house is 430 sq. M. m, located in North Vancouver, Canada. It was developed in 2014 by Garret Cord Werner Architects and Interior Designers. Rolling hills provided owners of beautiful views and in no way became an obstacle for building a house. For the construction of the frame architects used concrete and cedar. Monolithic concreting provided solid foundation and walls, and cedar served as an excellent material for creating a beautiful facade. The green garden adds color girdle house on all sides.
The interior is made in the style of minimalism, for which simplicity and conciseness are the main characteristics. On the first floor is one bedroom and office. A floor above is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in one space. Here there is access to an outdoor terrace. There are three in the neighborhood bedrooms and bathroom. Open floor plan combined with large panoramic windows blur the line between the inner and outside space. Happy viewing!
