Marcelo Sodré city residence is a combination contemporary style and architects. Creating this project, architect took into account its placement and as much as possible kept the privacy of life owners and balance with nature. Corner plot on a steep slope originally not quite suitable for construction and Marcelo accepted the decision to level it to use the entire area. Smooth the site not only facilitated further construction, but also improved view from the windows of the second floor. An extra pad made it taller neighboring buildings and reduced noise.
