HOUSE IN PASTEL

House in Pastel

This house reminds me of caramel. The same sweet and tender. It is located on the edge of the forest, in the north of the Netherlands. Young family moved here shortly after pregnancy to Mike in order to be closer to nature. Amazing use of colors makes the interior unusually delicate. The couple had a task make a space 7 m high cozy and warm. For this they used large furniture and hanging lamps. Located in the living room a large lamp, more like a lantern, making it open space is divided into parts. An important role was played by color gamma that repeats throughout the house. She is limited to three color, but that’s enough. Adding a few patterns and accents, Mike made the interior play as she needed. Couple loves her large windows and compares them with paintings that change throughout the year. Since the house is located on the edge of the forest, more beautiful landscapes are provided for them. In the daytime, the house is flooded light so you can enjoy the shapes, decorations and lines that have something to tell.
