If heaven exists, it is hidden here! House designed as a family nest for a young family. Enjoying the world is the main occupation of its owners. To me they seem incredible lucky. The house is located 100 miles from Santiago, Chile. Altitude is only 50 m. In order to enjoy life you don’t need much: the clatter of rocks, salty smell and soothing sound of waves.
The creators were the Spanish architectural company Nicolás Lipthay Allen / L2C. The house was built with concrete and wood, which used to decorate the ceiling, floor and individual elements. The main space is occupied by the combination of kitchen, dining room and living room in one room. Panoramic windows are located on both parties. One has a beautiful view of the ocean, and the second – to the courtyard, which is a small garden and dining room outdoors. The house has one large bedroom with its own bathroom and four small ones that belong children and guests. On the territory there is another small courtyard, protected from the wind, which is designed for games.
