The house was designed by Mexican architectural studio Reyes Ríos + Larraín Arquitectos and completed in 2009. House Area is a little over 400 square meters. m. It was built on the site of centuries-old hacienda in Yucatan, Mexico. The old building was a small ranch, where cattle and bees were raised. It was built in 1980 and current owners passed in a terrible state (2006). House it was practically destroyed, only some stone walls remained, which it was decided to maintain and integrate into modern construction.
