Fashion designer Jenny Kane-Erlich bought this house for her children. The best moments of her childhood belong to this place where she I spent days together with my mother. California sun a warm lake and sand castles – this is enough for warm memories. 10 years ago this house belonged to the parents of Jenia, they sold it and moved to Beverly Hills, but with Jenny’s thoughts always returned to Lake Tahoe. After a long nostalgia she decided to rent a house in the same area, but seeing her childhood home on sale, I decided to buy it. The house has not been updated since 1980, so a lot of work ahead. There are 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room with a beautiful view – isn’t it a luxury house? The kitchen is a favorite place, especially for daughter Tanner, who likes to help mom. This house is impressive not only in size but also warm design. The perfect combination of light shades, beautiful Photos and textures create the right atmosphere for summer days. But yet the main treasure of this place lies in the memories. Jenny remembers how she and her sisters and brothers sailed on a boat, played on warm sand and hopes her children will get happy childhood.
