Maxim Winkelaar and Bob Ronday jointly completed construction of a private house located in Bamel, Netherlands.
The client’s desire was in a modern minimalist house, which the architects undoubtedly dealt with. The house has two floors. On the the first is a kitchen with a bar, a dining room, a living room and a cinema hall, and also a bedroom with a wellness bath (sauna, bath, jacuzzi) and large closet. On the opposite side of the entrance There is a beautiful terrace with a glass ceiling. For two Car parking is provided. On the top floor are two bedrooms, bathroom and living room. In general, the upper floor resembles a separate apartment where you can live the whole family. All the roof space is used as a terrace.
