This beautiful modern house was designed and built in 2016 Lauren Baratt. It is located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, France. On a usual residential street with traditional for this region buildings, this “handsome” makes an impression. Architectural the highlight was the large windows in the floor located in front of houses and garden views. Help create a private environment blackout curtains. On the ground floor, where there is a living room and a kitchen, the owners decided to do without them, but on the second level in the room parents without them no where. In the neighborhood there is a nursery and several recreation areas.
