This brutal industrial design apartment is located in one wing of an old garment factory that was built back in first half of the last century, in the center of Budapest. Second life to her architects Tatyana Golovach and Andrey Kot returned. For 150 square meters. m them managed to design a two-story apartment with everything necessary for comfortable life. On the first level there is a spacious studio with living room and kitchen area, on the second – a bedroom, a place to work, bathroom and dressing room. The living room has double height and continues on the second level, where a beautiful library is framed.
Architects decided to focus on the historical past buildings, therefore, exposed brick and concrete, removing a layer of plaster. Industrial style is traced here in everything. The floor is finished tiles imitating concrete and aged parquet board. The decoration was high windows in black frames and metal ceiling structures that once served as ventilation premises. We look!
