An old 1960 house located in the Netherlands was Reconstructed by WillemsenU Architecten in connection with the expansion of the family. The house had a typical look for Dutch architecture of the time, amazing what managed to turn it together a team of architects and a family who really wanted to expand space. The new extension was the work office, which, thanks to panoramic glazing, has a beautiful view of the green garden. Also on the ground floor were created additional residential rooms, due to which it was possible to increase the area of children’s second.
The old interior constrained the owners, thanks to the redevelopment and proper zoning they finally managed to increase space. The living room was moved from the front of the house to back, where large windows open a view of the surrounding landscape. For the house was specially designed fireplace and a large kitchen, which turns into a dining table, and divides a large space into several zones. Around the house there are several terraces for relaxation and green garden with a small pond. Refined interior style and beautiful views from the panoramic windows create the best atmosphere for relaxing and working in this family home.
