Such a two-story house is perfect for a family of 4 – 5 human. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Total area is 160 square meters. m, including a garage on the ground floor, occupying 36.2 square meters. m. By including a garage in a part of the house, a significant part of the money is saved. On the ground floor a kitchen-studio is equipped, with a living area there is access to the back yard. Nearby was a separate room for the home office. Floor higher equipped bedrooms.
