A former hotel that is located in Montreal Canada has evolved in single-family duplex. The project was completed in 2013. At The reconstruction of a house built in the 1920s was completely redesigned the back of the building and added three more bedrooms and a home office. Large panoramic windows added more light to the rooms and increased space. The facade of the building remains the same, its only a little restored. The patio has been slightly modified and separated from prying eyes.
