TWO-STOREY HOUSE OF UNUSUAL FORM FROM BRAZIL

Two-storey house of unusual shape from Brazil

This project was developed by design studio Seferin Arquitetura. It is a beach house for a family with two small children. The first floor has an open plan with combined kitchen, dining room and living room. To create more closed atmosphere and staircase compartments, designers used bamboo sticks. Here you will find two living areas, one of which is located on the street, beautiful kitchen, smoothly flowing into the dining room, as well as a barbecue area on the street. On the second floor is the parents bedroom, two nurseries, a guest room, as well as bathrooms.

Good location provides owners with great views: on the one hand to the lake, on the other – to the sea. Unusual the multi-level form of the house made it possible to equip a small garden on level of the second floor, where there is access from one of the bathrooms. Happy viewing!
