A country house can be of the most unusual form. For instance, an architect from Sweden designed this for himself and his family triangular house, which is used as a place for summer holidays. Located between the forest and green pastures, the design of the cottage Fits perfectly in the surrounding area. It resembles a child’s tree house, only for adults and located, in fact, on the earth. Amazing in this design is the sloping facade, which is often used by children as a climbing wall. For the games of children here are thought out a place for a swing, and for adults to relax – terrace with sun loungers.
The triangular shape of the structure determines the location functional zones. On the first level there is a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, and the levels above are becoming more and more compact and intimate. This layout provides the design of the cottage absolute practicality. So that the family of the architect can enjoy the scenery, the facade of the house is framed by panoramic windows. The first one is located in front of the dining room-kitchen, next to which have access to the terrace. The second and third can be seen on upper levels, in the bedroom and in the sitting area. Speaking from an incline facade, they resemble dormers. Thanks to this decision you can cook and dine almost in the fresh air, admire before sleep starry sky and relax with a book in company with by nature.
The design of the cottage was done by the whole family together with hired carpenters. The facade of the house is decorated with pine panels. Walls and the ceiling in the interior is covered with birch plywood, which is already once was in use, this material is also used for stairs and some furniture. Doors and windows have also been used. The architect managed to save a lot of money by using recyclables, besides the house was designed by him independently, therefore, the project cost nothing to him.
A fairly simple finish dilutes the blue and green color, used for furniture and decor. Only provided for storage a place on the ground floor, and this is enough for a summer residence. The small kitchen also does its job.
