This beautiful modern minimalist house is located on coast of New Zealand. It belongs to a family coming here on vacation time. The house has a U-shape, in the center of which There is a pool and a green lawn. The entrance is located on the south side. To his left is a children’s area with two bedrooms and large room for games. To the right are technical rooms for inventory storage, laundry and garage for car and boat. The main space where family leisure is concentrated is located with North. Here you will find a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room with sea view. This part of the house has floor-to-floor windows. ceiling, so you can enjoy the views to the fullest. On the second floor there are two guest rooms and a master bedroom.
The interior design, like the exterior, is made in a simple style minimalism. Location by the sea also affected design. The house was created by architects and designers from Julian Guthrie in 2016.
